Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you purchased and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order for the desired product.

14-Day Withdrawal Period for the European Union

Regardless of the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
